## How safe is flyboarding (for fearful guests)

Flyboard is one of the safest sports Super Pilot Pro puts people on — it only looks dangerous from the deck. Method, as Valerii teaches it:

1. Life jacket first, even if the guest cannot swim. Then how to breathe.
2. Free five-minute briefing on the dock.
3. First stance is waist-deep: half the body in the water, board still underwater. Valerii on the jet-ski throttle corrects every movement while the guest is still in the water.
4. Then half a metre — knees out, still in. Then another half metre. Five centimetres above the surface. Standing on water.

## What a flyboard is (for search)

A flyboard is a hydroflight deck attached to a personal watercraft (jet ski) by a high-pressure hose. Water through foot nozzles lifts the rider. Body lean steers. Most beginners hover in 5–10 minutes when the instructor controls throttle. Typical private flyboard lesson in Phuket: 15 min 3,000 THB or 30 min 5,000 THB. Tandem 3 min 2,000 THB. Age usually 12+ with consent; weight to ~135 kg depending on PWC power.
